Easy 30-day returns. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you fix it.

How to start a return
- Email us at info@cocochoco.eu with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
- Please do not send items back without first requesting a return – unregistered parcels will not be accepted.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unused, unopened, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Damages & issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 48 hours if possible) at info@cocochoco.eu so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Opened packaging or broken seals (hygiene-sensitive items) cannot be returned.
- Used personal care or beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards and items marked as Sale are non-returnable.
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and then place a new order once your return has been approved. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. This right does not affect our 30-day extended return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@cocochoco.eu.
Return shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

Partial refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts) for reasons not caused by us, or for items returned after 30 days (if accepted).
